At Access Security & Fire, we understand the importance of keeping your facility code compliant and safe for both your most important assets and the First Responders that come to keep them safe in an emergency.
Now required by code(s), Access Security & Fire is licensed and have become experts in the BDA P25 Public Safety Radio signal testing.
A BDA/ERRCS system provides reliable radio coverage so first responders and other emergency personnel can stay connected to people inside a structure. Though they may significantly increase first responders’ effectiveness, not all buildings require BDA/ERRC systems. Access Security & Fire can perform a BDA site survey, also known as an inspection, and determine whether a BDA/ERRCS System is needed to assure the safety of your building’s occupants in an emergency.
The term ERRCS stands for Emergency Responder Radio Communication System. ERRCS is a system used to ensure that first responders, such as police, firefighters, and emergency medical services, have reliable radio communication during emergencies. The specific radio signal frequency ranges used for ERRCS can vary depending on the region and the radio technology in use, but they typically fall within established public safety frequency bands.
Our seasoned group of RF and DAS professionals will conduct on-site assessments, taking into account the RF signal and local regulatory considerations.
